God's Plan of Salvation

If you were to die today are you 100% sure you would go to
HEAVEN? Yes___No___?
Please read the following if you answered 'No'
to the question above.
Could you honestly say the following??

Jesus Christ, "I am just as good as you. I have never lusted in my heart; I have never lied; Never cheated; Never stolen anything; Never hated anyone; Never thought a dirty thought. Never said anything wrong; Never lost my temper. I am just as good as you are Jesus. I have never sinned. "

Now, if you are truly honest with yourself, you know that somewhere, somehow you have sinned. You know that you could not compare yourself to the Holy Son of God, Jesus Christ.

BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE, THE BIBLE SAYS THAT
YOU ARE SEPARATED FROM GOD.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" ".your iniquities have separated between you and your God..."

YOU HAVE BROKEN THE LAWS OF GOD"Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." "For the wages of sin is death..."

YOU ARE CONDEMNED BY GOD AT THIS MOMENT."... he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." "it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" "The wicked shall be turned into hell..."

BUT JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU AND DIED FOR YOU."But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN."Jesus saith., I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

SALVATION IS A FREE GIFT."For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."

NOW THAT YOU HAVE THE TRUTH THE DECISION IS YOURS!

WILL YOU REPENT?"The Lord is... not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out," Repentance is when a person admits his guilt to God, and sincerely desires in his heart to get right with God.

"...repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ."

WILL YOU TRUST JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOUR?"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Jesus Christ died, was buried and rose again from the dead. He paid for your sins on the cross. That is why He is called the Saviour. You cannot save yourself by good works; baptism, church attendance, sacraments, going to confession; giving money, praying to Mary and the saints, or trying to live a good life. In order to be saved, you must completely put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

CAN YOU AFFORD TO WAIT?The most important decision that you will make in this life will be that of either trusting or rejecting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Don't take a chance! Call on God now! You might not be alive tomorrow!

DEAR FRIEND,
In your own words pray and tell God that you are guilty as a sinner, and that you now believe that Jesus Christ is the Saviour, and that you now want to completely trust Him, and ONLY HIM as your Lord and Saviour.

The Hunter's are Having a Baby!!!

Now that the Lord has blessed my husband with the gift of eternal life, God has finally seen fit to bless my tummy with the gift of a new life as well. Yes, the Hunter family is expanding and we are so excited! God's timing is perfect and He makes all things beautiful in HIS time. Praise the Lord and amen!

"Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them."
Psalms 127:3-5a

Hunter Vow Renewal Ceremony

I think this is a great pic. You can even see the reflection in the piano...

Hi guys! These are a few of my friends from Ann Arbor Baptist Church. They played a special arrangement of Be Thou My Vision, my absolute favorite hymn! It was beautiful...

This is my Pastor, Ken Hampton, of Grace Bible Chapel preparing for the service.

And this is a picture of the groom's mom, Juakson Carpenter, with her guest Eugene Clark.

My oldest sister Pam did all the floral arrangements. I thought she did a fabulous job. This was her first time doing anything like this. We were all quite impressed...

My sister Tiffani planned my wedding and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks, Tiff!

Hi, Ariel! She looked very lovely and did most of the special arrangements. Thanks, Ariel. Your choices were wonderful!!!

My niece Britany is as cute as a button...

This is a picture of my godsister Dawn.It was such a blessing that she was able to stand with us!!! Thanks, Dawn!

CeCe was a great helper and assisted Ariel while she played. Thank you CeCe. You were such a blessing!

Karla, what a blessing! Thank you for using your gift for the Lord's glory. I got goosepimples just listening...

Just adorable! Need I say more?

Not quite sure what Pastor Hampton was saying here, but clearly it was funny...

Our rings...

The cake...

The flowers...

The emotions...The end!

Or should I say...The beginning... :-)

Did you say HONEYMOON???

Tupac and I finally got the chance to take a long awaited honeymoon this summer. We decided to go to Cancun and had a fantastic week of too much sun, too little sunscreen and obscene amounts of seafood. It was truly bliss. With the Michigan weather quickly changing, I'd like to refresh the senses of the weary at heart with a few pictures. Enjoy!
This was the cascading pool. It was absolutely fabulous until about midweek when we noticed dirty sunscreen and lotion collecting around the edges. We avoided it from that point on...
This is Tupac and I listening to a sermon from either Jim or John Van Gelderen on our iPod--not sure which one though, because we listened to both of them throughout the week. Good stuff!

We went scuba diving and enjoyed the crystal clear waters as the fish nipped at my legs. There was plenty of screaming on my part as I quickly made up my mind that scuba diving wasn't for me after all...
I took this picture just as Tupac was preparing to ride the zip line just to the left. I had intended to join him, but as soon as I got to the top of the elevated platform, decided I was much better suited to picture taking...
The food was superb but by the end of our trip I was hoping to never see another piece of seafood again...
On our last evening there Tupac ordered the Kobe beef. He was a little disappointed with it though. Too much hype, I guess...
After dinner, we had homemade sherbet. Isn't is lovely? We hated to eat it...
But quickly got over it...
It was the picture perfect ending to a week not soon to be forgotten...

Hast Thou No Scar?

Hast thou no scar?
No hidden scar on foot, or side or hand?
I hear thee sung as mighty in the land,
I hear them hail thy bright ascendent star
Hast thou no scar?

Hast thou no wound?
Yet I was wounded by the archers, spent,
Leaned me against a tree to die; and rent
By ravening beasts that encompassed me, I swooned;
Hast thou no wound?

No wound? No scar?
Yet, as the master shall the servant be
And pierced are the feet that follow Me;
But thine are whole: can he have followed far
Who has no wound nor scar?
